Jesse James Perry-Belliveau, an 18-year-old man from Moncton was arrested by the Codiac Regional RCMP on Friday July 2, 2010 and is now facing a charge of armed robbery for an incident which happened last August.

The 18-year-old suspect is the second person to be charged in connection with the August 9, 2009 armed robbery. Around midnight on August 9, 2009, a 15 year old teenage boy was walking on Mountain Road near the NorthWest Centre in Moncton when he was approached by four young men displaying knives and ordered to surrender a personal belonging. The teenager who was accompanied by a friend cooperated with the suspects in fear of violence. The suspects fled on foot and no one was physically injured.

Jesse Perry-Belliveau will be returning to Moncton Provincial Court on July 12, 2010 at 1:30pm.
