Dominic Eustace charged with sexual assaults on the Toronto Subway

The Toronto Police Service has been investigating a series of sexual assaults on the TTC subway system since 2007.

It is alleged that:

– the accused stood behind the victims and performed sexual acts while on TTC subway trains, during the rush hour.

On Tuesday, July 6, 2010, Dominic Eustace, 36, of Toronto, was charged with three counts of Sexual Assault.

He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at 10 a.m.

The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public and the Toronto Transit Commission for their assistance with this investigation.
