The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section has charged an Ottawa man following a report of a sexual assault on a male patient that occurred at the Ottawa Hospital.
On May 1, 2013 members of the Ottawa Police Service responded to the Ottawa Hospital to investigate a report of a sexual assault on a patient by a staff member.
On May 28, 2013 the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit charged Nelson Santos, 50 year old, of Ottawa, with 1 count of Sexual Assault. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
