The Hamilton Police Service has issued a warrant for the arrest of Vinroy Audley Spencer, 35 years, for the offence of Aggravated Sexual Assault.
Vinroy Audley Spencer has a medical condition requiring notice to sexual partners of his medical condition prior to sexual contact. To do otherwise substantiates an offence of Aggravated Sexual Assault.
Vinroy Audley Spencer was deported on May 26, 2010, during the course of this investigation, without the knowledge of the Hamilton Police Service.
Extradition proceedings are being considered to bring him back to Canada to face his charge.
Vinroy Audley Spencer also used the following names: Astren Black, Spencer Vinroy Audley.
It is highly recommended that anyone having sexual contact after 2004 with Vinroy Audley Spencer, to please contact their medical practitioner immediately to be tested for all STDs, including HIV.
