Investigators from the Homicide Bureau have made another arrest in connection to the murder of a Mississauga teen.

On Saturday, July 3, 2010, at approximately 8:30 p.m., the victim, 17 year-old Adrian DUCAS, was at the Malton Community Centre, located on Morning Star Drive. At this time several men entered the community centre, where there were two basketball games being played. Following their arrival, Adrian DUCAS was fatally shot.

On Saturday, July 10, 2010, Homicide investigators located and arrested a previously unidentified man. Kevaughn TULLOCH, a 20 year-old man from Toronto, has been charged with First Degree Murder. TULLOCH appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton, on Sunday, July 11, 2010, where he was remanded into custody, pending a future appearance.

Investigators continue to search for, and seek information regarding, Christopher RAPHAEL, for whom a Canada-wide arrest warrant has been obtained for the offence of First Degree Murder.

Investigators advise that anyone who is currently assisting RAPHAEL in hiding from, or evading the police, is committing a criminal offence, and are liable to be arrested and charged accordingly.

Anyone with information regarding the location of Christopher RAPHAEL, or any of the other suspects, is urged to call their local police service
