The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 10-year-old male, Robert Kipling. Kipling was last seen today, Thursday, July 11th, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. in the downtown area of Winnipeg.
Kipling is described as: Aboriginal, 5’ 4” in height, 140 pounds, short straight brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue shorts and red Nike runners.
