24 year old Vancouver woman sexually assaulted after getting off public transit bus

Vancouver Police are warning the public of a sexual assault after a 24 year old woman was groped after getting off a bus near Nanaimo and William Street.

The woman had just gotten off the bus when she was approached from behind by a man who reached out and groped her. He ran off after she screamed for help.

Police are looking for a clean-cut Aboriginal man, 18 to 22 years old, 5`8" tall, with an average build, and short dark hair. He was wearing a black track jacket with green stripes on the arms, dark pants and a dark baseball cap with a sequined marijuana logo on it.
