It is reported that:
– a man holding a hand-held camera was observed by TTC patrons to be surreptitiously videotaping women underneath their skirts, as they ascended the stairs to exit the TTC.,
Julian Vazquez Lopez, 37, of no fixed address, is wanted for:
1) Voyeurism.
He is described as 6′, 166 lbs., with short, brown hair.
