On Tuesday, September 10, 2013, Blake Anthony Wilson, 26, of Toronto, was charged with First-Degree Murder.

He appeared in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.

Further investigation has revealed that Ms. Wrigglesworth had been preparing taxes for many people within her community for several years. Investigators are now in possession of numerous tax returns which they would like to return to the owners. Anyone who left their tax returns with Ms. Wrigglesworth is asked to contact investigators at 416-808-7400 to arrange to pick up these files.

Another aspect of the investigation revealed that Ms. Wrigglesworth had been, and was believed to still be, active in the sex trade. She used the business names “Playful Tina” or “Linda”. Investigators have obtained telephone records of the business line being used. Anyone who contacted “Playful Tina” or “Linda” the week of July 6-13, 2013 is asked to contact investigators whether you met with her or not. Investigators would prefer each person contact the investigative team. Officers will contact these people who don’t come forward. This is an integral portion of the investigation.

Police are appealing to anyone working within the sex trade industry who may have been the victim of an unreported incident within the last few months, related to their trade, to contact the investigative team. Investigators are working with the assistance of the Sex Crimes Unit.
