On Thursday, August 12, 2010, the Taoist Tai Chi Society will be hosting their annual Taoist Tai Chi Parade. The parade will consist of 1,500 participants, three floats, three vehicles and two bands.

The parade will start at 11:45 a.m. and proceed along the following route:

Formation Dundas Square

– eastbound Dundas Square,
– northbound Victoria Street,
– westbound Dundas Street East,
– southbound Yonge Street,
– eastbound Shuter Street,
– northbound Victoria Street,
– westbound Dundas Square,
– dispersal Dundas Square.

The parade is expected to finish at approximately 12:15 p.m.

When safe to do so, vehicles will be permitted through gaps in the parade.

The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
