Nicodemo Catenacci of Windsor charged with arrson at G20

On Tuesday, August 10, 2010, police arrested two men in connection with damage done during the G20 summit.

Jeffrey Delaney, 23, of Toronto, was first arrested and charged on July 19, 2010.

He has been rearrested and charged with failing to comply with a recognizance.

Nicodemo Catenacci, 41, of Windsor, has been arrested and charged with:

1) Arson
2) Breach of Probation.

It is alleged that, on Saturday, June 26, 2010, he was involved in the burning of a police car at Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue.
