Codiac RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating a 51-year-old man from Moncton, N.B.

Bruce Ryan was last seen on October 21, 2013, at approximately 7:30 p.m. when he left is residence on Anemone Street on his dark grey bike.

Police have reasons to believe he may have gone to the Irishtown Nature Park and are conducting an extensive search of the area with the assistance of the Tri County Ground Search and Rescue team and RCMP Police Dog Services. An aerial search was also done by RCMP Air Services. At this time no sign of Bruce Ryan has been found. His family and police are worried for his safety.

Bruce Ryan is described as being Caucasian, measuring about 5’7′ (171 cm) and weighing approximately 170lb (kg). Ryan is bald and has hazel eyes. He has tattoos on the left forearm and on the right shoulder. When he left, he was wearing dark pants and a dark sweater, a ball cap with an automotive logo and brown running shoes. He may be carrying a back pack.

Update: The 51-year-old Moncton man who was reported missing has been located

The body of a 51-year-old Moncton man that was reported missing on October 22, 2013 was located shortly before noon today.

The body was found by Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue members in a wooded area west of Pinetree Subdivision in Moncton. The investigation is continuing. Foul play is not suspected. No further details will be released at this time.
