On Monday, May 3, 2010, at 3:33 p.m., police responded to a shooting call in the Winona Drive/Hursting Avenue area.
Officers located a boy suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to hospital via emergency run, but succumbed to his injuries.
The victim has been identified as Mitchell Leton Celise, 17, of Toronto.
On Friday, August 13, 2010, police arrested a second man in London, Ontario.
Chael Mills, 19, of no fixed address, has been charged with:
1) First Degree Murder.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Sunday, August 15, 2010, room 101, at 10 a.m.
