USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Ottawa Police Service Arson unit conducted an investigation into a fire that occurred at 2:41 am on Sunday August 22 at an address in the 800 block of Elmsmere Street.

As a result of the investigation, Tanya Massey, 42-years-old of Ottawa has been charged with Arson Endangering life. Estimated damage was $2500.00.
