Three suspects sought in a home invasion in the Town of Aurora

The York Regional Police Hold-Up Unit is seeking public assistance in identifying and apprehending three suspects wanted in connection with a home invasion in the Town of Aurora.

On Sunday, August 23, 2010, at approximately 5 a.m., a 34-year-old male victim was awakened in his Milestone Crescent home by a suspect standing at his bedroom door. The victim got up and began to struggle with the suspect out in the hallway. During the struggle, two other suspects began fighting with the victim, one of which struck the victim with a blunt object before
all three fled the residence in an unknown direction with a quantity of electronics and jewellery.

The victim received minor injuries during the incident, but did not require any medical attention.
 
The suspects are described as:

SUSPECT #1:
• Male, white, 20 to 25 years.
• 5’8”, 160 lbs.,
• Dressed in all black clothing

SUSPECT #2:
• Male, black, 20 to 25 years
• 6’, 180 lbs.,
• Wearing dark pants and a sweatshirt

SUSPECT #3:
• Male, white, 20 to 25 years
• Unknown height, weight or clothng

Investigators are asking for anyone who might have been in the area at this time and saw anything suspicious to contact police.
