RCMP District 4 RCMP and the Major Crime Unit South are investigating the death of inmate of the Shepody Healing Center at the Dorchester Penitentiary which occurred during the evening of Friday September 10th, 2010.
Investigators confirm that foul play is suspected. The 44 year old victim is a man from the Province of Quebec.
An autopsy will take place in Saint John on the weekend. No further details are being released at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
