On Saturday, February 15, 2014 at approximately 7:00 p.m., a 23 year old male and two friends were walking in the area of the roundabout at Parent Avenue and Erie Street East. As the male walked across Parent Avenue near the roundabout, a vehicle was travelling in the roundabout to proceed north on Parent Avenue. The vehicle stopped and a confrontation ensued between the victim and the driver of the vehicle. During the confrontation, the driver stabbed the victim with a knife in the left side of the torso. The driver fled the scene in the vehicle northbound on Parent Avenue. The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspect is described as a white male, 45 to 55 years old, 5’10” to 6′ tall, thin build, with a moustache and curly salt and pepper hair, short in the front and shoulder length in the back. He was wearing a brown leather jacket and smoking a tobacco pipe.
 
The vehicle is described as a 4 door black Chrysler with tinted windows. The model is either a 200 or a Sebring.
