USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.
Carissa Balkissoon, 13, was last seen on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at 8 a.m., on Lawrence Avenue East.
She is described as brown, 5’1”, 120 lbs., with long, black hair. She was last seen wearing a purple T-shirt and blue jeans with a "$" belt buckle.
Police are concerned for her safety.
