USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Investigators from the Major Collision Bureau have made an arrest following a fail to remain accident that left a 23 year-old Mississauga woman with critical injuries.

On Thursday, September 17, 2010, at 11:06 p.m., the victim was out walking with a friend, near the intersection of Creditview Road and Kenninghall Boulevard. The victim was struck by a motor vehicle and, as a result, was rushed to a Toronto trauma centre, where she remains in critical condition.

Jose COBARIA, a 58 year-old male from Mississauga, has been charged with one count of Fail to Remain Causing Bodily Harm. He will be making a court appearance on Monday, October 18, 2010, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.

The victim has been identified as, Lindsay TAMMINGA, a 23 year-old Mississauga resident.
