It is alleged that:

– on Friday, September 17, 2010, at approximately 7:38 p.m., a TTC bus operator was stabbed in the leg and hand.

Wei Yang, 40, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Attempt murder
2) Aggravated assault
3) Assault with a weapon
4) Weapons dangerous
5) Carry concealed weapon

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, September 19, 2010, room 101, at 9 a.m.
