The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

– a 60-year-old man owns a computer store in the Pharmacy Avenue/Danforth Avenue area,

– during the period from July 2010 to September 2010, the suspect invited the victim, a teenage boy, to the basement of the store to engage in sexual activities.

Robert Maguire, 60, of Toronto, is charged with:

1) Two counts of Invitation to Sexual Touching.

He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, September 18, 2010, 10 a.m., room 101.

Investigators believe there may be other victims.
