On Saturday morning, September 18, 2010 at 2:25 AM police responded to the area Richmond Street and King Street for a report of a stabbing. As police arrived a 21 year old male fled the scene. Police later caught up with this male and arrested him. Police recovered a loaded .40 calibre handgun on this male and have since charged him with numerous Criminal Code charges. Investigation that followed discovered that there was no stabbing.
Charged is 21year old Samer Hinno of London with:
– Possession of a firearm when unauthorized
– Carry a concealed weapon
– Possess a loaded firearm
– Careless storage of Firearm
– Unlicensed person possess an unregistered firearm.
