Mr. Doyle was reported missing to the Miramichi City Police Force on Sunday afternoon. He was last seen on Saturday night in a truck on Wallace Road in Nowlanville, N.B.
On Sunday afternoon, police found the truck stuck in the mud on Wallace Road. It is believed that he may still be in that wooded area.
Charles Doyle is described as 5’11", 150 lbs, with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt, blue jeans, sneakers, a grey jacket and a white sun hat with a full brim.
His family is very concerned for his well being.
Tri County Ground Search and Rescue volunteers and the York/Sunbury Ground Search and Rescue volunteers are currently assisting the police in the search. The NB Public Safety Off Road Vehicle Enforcement Section as well as a helicopter from Transport Canada are also on site.
