Yohan Henry charged with gang sexual assault in Toronto

On Monday, September 27, 2010, police issued a news release for two men wanted in a sexual assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

– a woman was walking in the Queen Street East/Bond Street area when two men grabbed her and dragged her for a short distance,

– both men sexually assaulted the woman.

On Tuesday, September 28, 2010, Yohan Henry, 35, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1- Gang sexual assault,
2- Forcible confinement,
3- Sexual assault.

He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park on Wednesday, September 29, 2010.

The second man is still outstanding. He is described as having a dark-black complexion, 30-35, 5’9”, with an average build and short curly hair. He was wearing a white jersey with numbers on the back and blue jeans.
