High risk sex offender Lorne Michael Williams residing in Vancouver

 

The Vancouver Police Department believes that compelling circumstances exist requiring the Department to warn the public that Lorne Michael Williams poses a risk of significant harm to the safety of adolescent and adult females. As of September 23, 2010, he began residing in a federal halfway house in Vancouver.

 

Williams is 39 years old, white, 5’8” tall and 150lbs. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his right hand.

 

Williams has committed sexual assaults of strangers while concealing his identity and he has convictions for sexual assault with a weapon, attempted kidnapping and disguise with intent. He has been categorized as a high risk to re-offend. 

 

Among the conditions Williams must abide are the following:

 

·       not to possess or access any electronic equipment with access to the Internet

·       not to be in the company of any females under the age of 19.

·       not to possess any type of pornography

 

Anyone witnessing Williams violating any of these conditions is asked to contact their local police department at 9-1-1.
