Codiac Regional RCMP today charged a 21-year-old Moncton man with second degree murder in connection the death of a 30-year-old Moncton man. Clarence Kaiser was located yesterday in New Glasgow, N.S. with the assistance of the New Glasgow Police Service. Investigators will be escorting Kaiser back to Moncton and he is expected to appear in Moncton Provincial Court sometime today.
As part of the continuing investigation, Codiac Regional RCMP with the assistance of Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue volunteers are conducting a ground search in an area off of Elmwood Drive in Moncton. Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue have been called in to assist in locating any possible evidence.
