The RCMP is asking the public for assistance in locating Jeffrey Curran, a person of interest in relation to the homicide investigation of a 30-year-old Moncton man. On Tuesday, September 28, 2010 a 30-year-old Moncton man died as the result of stab wounds he had received. The incident occurred in a motel parking lot on Elmwood Drive in Moncton.

Major crime investigators are interested in locating and speaking to Jeffrey Curran. The 23 year-old lives in Moncton and knew the victim. He is caucasian has hazel coloured eyes, brown hair and stands approximately 5′ 7" tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds.

Codiac Regional RCMP is asking the public to contact police immediately if they see Jeffrey Curran and not to approach him as he may possibly be carrying a weapon.
