On Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 7:03 a.m., police were called to the scene of a fatal collision at the intersection of Grantbrook Street/Charlton Street.

Michael Gross, 29, of Minesing, has been charged with:

1) Criminal Negligence Causing Death,
2) Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm,
3) Impaired Driving Causing Death,
4) Impaired Driving Cause Bodily Harm,
5) Over 80mg Operation Cause Death,
6) Over 80mg Operation Cause Bodily Harm,
7) Dangerous Operation Causing Death,
8) Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm,
9) Fail to Stop at Scene of Accident Cause Bodily Harm or Death,
10) Public Mischief.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, October 4, 2010, at 10 a.m.
