Four people charged with drugs possession in London

On Monday October 4, 2010 at approximately 2:48 AM London police observed a suspicious vehicle occupied by a male that had numerous, outstanding, Highway Traffic Act warrants. Police stopped the vehicle in the area of Mornington Avenue and Glasgow Street. There were 4 people in the vehicle when police approached it. The driver was a 24 year old female and the three passengers were all adult males.

One of the passengers was the male that has the numerous HTA warrants and therefore he was arrested. Once arrested police observed items that are commonly used to commit the offence of break and enter. Further investigation found several items that were believed to have been stolen from a recent break and enter as well as a quantity of drugs.

Police have charged 24 year old Kristy Churchill of London with Possession of break and enter tool, 2 counts of possession of stolen property and possession of a schedule I drug for the purpose of trafficking. Churchill was in possession of 24.8 grams of cocaine for a value of $2480.

Also charged is:

27 year old Jason Wayner of London with Possession of break and enter tool, 2 counts of possession of stolen property and possession of a schedule I drug for the purpose of trafficking. Wayner was in possession of 7.5 grams of cocaine for a value of $750.

24 year old Wayne McAndrews of London with Possession of break and enter tool, 2 counts of possession of stolen property and fail to comply with release conditions.

20 year old Johnny Grebenchan of London with Possession of break and enter tool, 2 counts of possession of stolen property.
