Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a sex offender wanted Canada-wide for breach of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act.
Norman Albert Larocque failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house on October 6th. He has an extensive history of armed robbery and break and enter, as well as sex crimes. In the past, he has befriended women with boys aged 10 to 12, who then became his victims.
Larocque is 45 year old, white, 5’10”, 276 lbs., with a beard.
Larocque has numerous conditions, including abstaining from intoxicants and no contact with children under 19.
Anyone who sees Larocque or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
