A detailed security report about Easter Monday reveals that Mayor Rob Ford appeared once again intoxicated at the time as he slurred words at city hall. According the report, the mayor got a visit from an unknown woman and was picked up by his brother, Councillor Doug Ford, nine days before he took a leave of absence to enter rehab.

The security report released to the media on Friday states that at 7:50 p.m. on April 21, a woman whose name is not disclosed, informed stationed security personal that she was there to see the mayor. She allegedly requested the guard to speak to Mike Toolaram, i.e. a security guard who has since been posted to another location, about her arrival. Thereafter, the guard on duty contacted Mr. Toolaram in the mayor’s office. Reportedly, Mayor Ford asked them to “bring her up,” and “the mayor appeared intoxicated as he was slurring his words, red in the face and sweating profusely.” Consequently, the guard escorted the woman up, where she left less than an hour later.

In addition to that, the report adds that Mayor Ford’s brother and councilor, Doug Ford, arrived at around 9:40 p.m. He allegedly forgot his security card and requested access to park. A security camera spots the mayor, his brother and Mr. Toolaram almost fifteen minutes later as they enter the parking garage. The report says that “the mayor can be seen stumbling and even falling on the ground before being seated in the vehicle.”
