The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Harold Rutter, 83, was last seen on Sunday, October 17, 2010, at 1 p.m., in the Kennedy Road/Sheppard Avenue East area.
He is described as white, 5’11", 170 lbs., short, grey hair with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light-blue baseball cap, a navy-blue windbreaker, a sport shirt and black pants.
Police are concerned for his safety.
