Ford Mustang woman driver dies in a fatal double vehicle collision at Queens Line

On Sunday the 24th of August 2014 at about 1:00 a.m. Chatham-Kent Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Queens Line between the Dillon Road and Bloomfield Road. The collision involved two vehicles, a Ford Freestar van and a Ford Mustang.
 
Both involved drivers were the lone occupants of the vehicles and both were transported to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance via land ambulance. A 20 year old male driver from Wallaceburg was treated and released. The 46 year old female from Windsor was transferred to the London Health Sciences Center (Victoria Hospital) with life threatening injuries.
 
The Female driver of the mustang later succumbed to her injuries.
 
The investigation is ongoing
