On Sunday October 31, 2010 at approximately 1:40 AM, Police were called to an address on Fleming Drive. At the address, there was a large disturbance inside the residence, with many people and weapons involved. One combatant was the accused, who continued to fight and resist police as they were arresting him.
fter the accused was arrested he was found to have 15.8 grams (value = $150) of marihuana on him. Police have charged 23 year old Marcus Morris of London with possession of marihuana and resist arrest.
