Abdulrahmane Morou and Estlyn Hazelyn Franklyn charged with immigration fraud in Toronto

On Friday, November 12, 2010, police arrested a man and woman in connection with a fraud investigation.

It is alleged that:

– a man and woman operated an elaborate immigration scheme where the man impersonated an immigration official on several occasions, defrauding people of large quantities of money with the promise of acquiring, for them, official entry into Canada.

Abdulrahmane Morou, 48, of Toronto, also known as Pops and Prince and Estlyn Hazelyn Franklyn, 40, of Toronto, also known as Junell, have each been charged with:

1) two counts of Personating Peace Officer,
2) Fraud Over,
3) 26 counts of Fraud Under,
4) two counts of Failing To Comply With Probation,
5) Attempt Fraud Under

Police believe there may be more victims.

  1. yes am happy that they were all caught in this they need to feel the consequence and hard to he was doing this a long time they need to make them pay back all the money and then send them to sprend the rest of there life in jail. god is great.
