On Wednesday, November 17, 2010, officers from 11 Division arrested a man in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– the accused sexually assaulted a patient at the St. Joseph’s Health Centre under the pretext of conducting a medical examination,
– the man has been employed as a registered nurse at the hospital since January 2008.
Rey Gimenez, 26, of Toronto, was charged with Sexual Assault.
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, November 17, 2010.
