Mounties continue investigating the murder of Leslie Conrad

Tomorrow will mark the 8th anniversary of the murder of Leslie Ann Conrad.

On October 6th, 2006, 45-year-old Leslie Conrad was reported missing by her brother. On November 22nd, 2006 her body was found near Melanson Road, near Wolfville. Officers from RCMP Southwest Nova Major Crimes Unit continue to work to solve this crime and remain committed to this investigation.

Police are hoping that persons with information will come forward to speak with investigators with the goal of ultimately leading to an arrest in this case. ‘The community plays a critical role in solving crimes and we need their help with this case,’ says Cst. Patricia Davis, Southwest Nova Major Crimes Unit. ‘Any piece of information could prove useful to investigators.’
