RCMP Cape Breton Traffic Services are releasing the name of a 19-year-old Howie Center man who died in a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday.

On November 19th at approximately 1:40 p.m., RCMP, Howie Center Fire Department, Emergency Health Services (EHS) and Cape Breton Regional Police responded to a report of a serious collision between a sewage truck and a Chevrolet Impala. 

Tyler Glenn Hooper, 19, who the lone occupant of the car was pronounced deceased at the scene. The exact cause of the crash has not been determined and the investigation is continuing.
