On Wednesday, November 17, 2010, 13 Division officers responded to a call for an arson in the Bathurst Street/Eglinton Avenue West area.

It is alleged that:

– the accused attempted to start a fire on the front and back porches of a home with five people were inside.

David Obregon, 18, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1) five counts of Attempted Murder,
2) Arson, Disregard For Human Life,
3) Fail To Comply Recognizance.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, November 18, 2010, at 10 a.m., room 306.
