Frank John Tassone charged with criminally harassing a 18 year old girl in Toronto

On Friday, November 19, 2010, police arrested a man in connection with a criminal harassment investigation.

It is alleged that:

– from the beginning of October to November, the accused, while operating either a white Honda or an older, silver mid-size Mercedes, both of which had a City of Toronto logo affixed to them, watched, followed and communicated with an 18-year-old girl on four separate occasions in the area of Wilson Avenue/Keele Street.

Frank John Tassone, 61, of Woodbridge, has been charged with:

1) four counts of Criminal Harassment.

Police believe there may be other victims.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, January 11, 2010, room 301, at 2 p.m.

  1. I have known and worked with this guy for over 20 years, and frankly, I think these allegations are bullsh*t. Public sector employees have no protection against this stuff; anyone can make allegations without a shred of proof. I feel sorry for Frank, he doesn’t deserve this.
