Last month, Williams was convicted of first-degree murder in the brutal rapes and murders of Corporal Marie-France Comeau, 38, of Brighton, Ont., and Jessica Lloyd, 27, of Belleville, Ont. The 47 year old pleaded guilty on October 18 to a total of 88 charges which included the 2 murders as well as sex attacks on two Tweed, Ont., women; and 82 fetish break-and-enters and thefts in the Ottawa, Tweed and Belleville areas dating back to 2007.
He was sentenced Oct. 21 to serve concurrent life sentences at Kingston Penitentiary with no possibility of parole for 25 years.
Williams was in command of Canadian Forces Base Trenton when he was arrested on Feb. 7 but was stripped of his rank after his conviction. He was a decorated military pilot who had flown Canadian Forces VIP aircraft for Canadian dignitaries such as Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the governor general, the prime minister, and others.
