The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
George Payne, 63, was last seen on Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at 4:30 a.m., in the Bay Street/Front Street area.
He is described as white, 5’8", 220 lbs., heavy build with salt/pepper hair. He was last seen wearing eyeglasses, a 3/4-length dark-blue jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
