Windsor Police have arrested and charged a suspect involved in two separate convenience store robberies over a three day span on the city’s east side. On November 22, 2010, WPS released surveillance video of a suspect believed to be responsible for two separate robberies at the same convenience store in the 6500 block of Wyandotte St E. on November 12 and 14, 2010 respectively.

As a result of the ensuing media coverage of the robberies and release of the surveillance images of the suspect, investigators received information regarding the identity of a suspect responsible for the crimes. Investigators attended an address located in the 1400 block of Prince Rd. in the City of Windsor and arrested a man matching the description of the suspect depicted in the surveillance video.

Randall MALLAT – 44 years of Windsor is charged with two counts of Robbery and two counts of Using a Face Mask With Intent To Commit an Indictable Offence.
