On Friday November 19, 2010, just after 1:00 a.m., officers responded to a fight call at an apartment building on Gibb Street in Oshawa. Officers located four people in the apartment along with a quantity of marihuana, hash oil, a replica hand gun and a knife.
Investigators conducted a search warrant with the assistance of the Central East Division Target Team and seized the drugs and weapons. A total of 13 pounds of marihuana was seized with a street value of $26,000.
Shane FIELD, age 20, of Gibb Street in Oshawa is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession Weapon Dangerous To Public Peace x2 and Possession Contrary to Order.
