It is alleged that:
– in September 2010, the accused assaulted and choked a woman.
Randy Washington Mills, 29, of Toronto, is wanted for:
1) Assault Causing Bodily Harm,
2) Threaten Death,
3) Choking.
He is described as black, 5’9”, 175 lbs., black hair in cornrows and brown eyes.
He is believed to be in the Greater Toronto Area.
Do not approach him, call 9-1-1 immediately. He is considered to be armed and extremely dangerous.
