On November 28, 2010, at approximately 3 a.m., District 6 RCMP, responded to a fatal single motor vehicle crash on Route 430 in Trout Brook, N.B. The driver of the truck, 39-year-old Craig Tozer of Matthews Settlement died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
The investigation has revealed the victim’s vehicle, a 2003 Ford F150 truck, left the road. There was no one else in the truck.
Speed and not wearing a seatbelt are believed to be contributing factors to the fatality.
The investigation is ongoing.
