The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Kevin Simms, 21 year old of Ottawa. Kevin, who is autistic, was last seen today at 3:15pm on York Street near Dalhousie Street.
He is described as a Caucasian male, 5’10” (178cm), 140 lbs. (64kg) with short brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue ‘Firefly’ winter jacket and black snow pants.
