USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…A 30-year-old Etobicoke man was arrested after a male was stabbed early Saturday morning in Whitby.

On Saturday, March 28, 2015, at approximately 1:45 a.m., police were called to the area of Brock Street South and Dundas Street after a 23-year-old male had suffered serious stab wounds. The victim was accompanied by two friends when they were approached by an unknown male suspect. The suspect argued with the victim and the two began to fight. The suspect pulled a knife and stabbed the victim repeatedly about the face and neck area before fleeing on foot.

The victim was taken to a Toronto-area trauma centre where he is being treated for serious injuries.

The suspect was arrested at his address on Saturday night by members of the Toronto Police Service.

Geran WILLIAMS, age 30, of Queens Plate Drive in Etobicoke, is charged with: Aggravated Assault and Weapons Dangerous. He was held for a bail hearing.
