The Ottawa Police Service is asking for assistance in locating a missing female youth Hayl Collis, 14 years old, from Ottawa. Her family is concerned for her well-being.
Hayl was last seen this morning in the Vanier area.
She is described as a white female, 5'4 (163cm), 120 lbs (54kg), thin frame, brown hair, blue eyes. Was seen wearing black leggings with pink and blue print on it, black winter jacket, black winter boots that tie up in the front and has a zipper on the side. She’s also wearing a book bag with black, pink and blue designs on it.
She was last seen with her friend Marcus O’MEARA, 16 years old. Description of Marcus is white male, 5’8” (173cm), 150 lbs (68kg), dyed blonde hair, medium muscular build. Last seen wearing orange strip winter jacket, black jeans, red shoes, multi coloured hat.
