On Tuesday, December 14, 2010, Naveen Ariaratnam, 26, arrived in Toronto on a 12:15 p.m. flight from Sri Lanka. He was arrested at Pearson International Airport.
Naveen Ariaratnam, 26, of no fixed address, has been charged with Second Degree Murder.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at Old City Hall, room 101, 10 a.m.
